Filet sassami (5 pieces)

  Em uma tigela vamos colocar nosso filézinho sassami, sal e o alho já picado misture bem e deixe descansar por 5 minutos com a tigela tampada.

    Passado o tempo de descanso vamos passar nosso frango no ovo batido e na farinha de trigo, passe mais uma vez no ovo e na farinha de trigo. 

    After the rest time, we will pass our chicken in the beaten egg and wheat flour, pass it once more in the egg and wheat flour.

Feito isso vamos levar o nosso frango empanado para fritar no óleo já pre-aquecido, frite até ficar douradinho.
