Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Sour cream2 can(s)
Tomatoes without skin and without seeds3 unit(s)
Olive oil3 tablespoon
Ketchup2 tablespoon
Meat of your choice, I like Duckling1 kg
Beef broth dissolved in 100ml of water1 unit(s)

In a pan add the oil, meat, onions, tomatoes, broth and seasonings to taste and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the ketchup and let it cook until you get a consistent and creamy sauce.
Turn off the heat and add the whey-free cream.
Stir until the sauce is incorporated into the cream.
Place on a platter and decorate as you wish, it's ready to serve.
