- 1 kg of meat (against fillet, hard meat, etc.), cut into large cubes. 4 large onions, cut into petals 2 tomatoes without skin and seeds 3 tablets of beef stock 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 2 cups of water1 to taste
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the onions. Before they turn golden, add the garlic cloves and then the meat, let it cook until it changes color, stirring constantly to release the sauce. Dissolve the beef stock tablets in 2 cups of hot water. Add the broth and tomatoes to the meat, cover the pan and let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes until the sauce is well bodied. Serve with white rice, it's delicious! No need to add salt. Note: no need to add salt.
