Chopped ham600 g
Tomato sauce200 ml
Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
Black pepper and salt1 to taste
Oregano and chopped parsley1 to taste
Water500 ml
Chopped Parsley1 to taste

Put the garlic and onion in the pan, add the oil and let it fry for about 3 minutes.
And I let it fry for a few minutes then I put the chopped ham. And I left it to cool.
Then I added the seasonings. Black pepper, oregano and salt.
Then I added the sauce and water. And I took it under pressure for 30 minutes. Then I took it off the pressure and shredded it with a fork.
I mixed everything and finally added the chopped parsley.
