  • Vinegar to taste
  1. In the pressure cooker, put a thread of olive oil, pain and the meat, sauté well. Add hot water. Cover and wait for pressure, when starting, leave for 20, 25 minutes on low heat.
  2. After cooking, remove the meat and shred. Cut the peppers into strips, the onions, the minced garlic. In the same pan, in the remaining broth, add all the ingredients. Season to taste. Oregano, pepperoni, correct the salt. When soft, add vinegar, about 3 tablespoons, bring to a boil, add parsley to taste and set aside.
  3. With the shredded meat, place in layers, sauce, meat, meat sauce. It can be served hot or cold, with rolls, toast.
