  • 1 package of lamb short rack.2 unit(s)
  • Thyme to taste
  • rosemary to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • White wine1 cup
  • Butter to taste
  1. Season the lamb with all the ingredients except the butter and let it marinate for at least 40 minutes.
  2. Heat the oven to 230 degrees, then leave the lamb for 20 min.
  3. Note that it gets cooked and juicy, you can't let it dry out. Brush the butter (to taste) and turn on the browning function for 10 to 15 min, watch not to burn the bones. When it's grilled, you can remove it.
