Ripe pineapple1/2 unit(s)
Cooked parboiled rice1 cup
Cooked and shredded desalted beef1/4 cup
cream1/2 cup
Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Diced pineapple1/4 cup
Finely chopped chili pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander to taste
Chopped green onion to taste
Bottle butter1 dessert spoon
Grilled coalho cheese cubes to taste

Carefully remove the pineapple pulp, use a part for the recipe and the rest to make a juice. Reserve.
In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
Add pepper and meat and mix. Add a little water and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the rice and stir, add the cream, season with salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the chopped pineapple, mix and adjust the salt.
Finish with the cilantro and chives and transfer the rice into the pineapple.
Distribute the rennet cheese cubes on top and serve next.
