Rice2 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Diced Bacon100 g
Diced pepperoni150 g
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Diced green bell pepper1 cup
Diced Red Bell Pepper1 cup
Minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
Chili Pepper1 teaspoon
Smoked paprika3 teaspoon
Diced Tomato1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Hot water4 cup
Chives to taste
Shimeji mushroom optional200 g

Melt the butter in the pan and fry the bacon and pepperoni.
Add the onion and sauté until wilted.
Add the green and red peppers and garlic and sauté well.
Add the red pepper and paprika and mix well.
Add the tomato and mix.
Add the rice and salt to taste and mix everything very well.
Add the water and cook over medium heat, with the lid half open, until the water dries up.
Optional: In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the shimeji for 3, 4 minutes, add salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, mix well.
After the rice is cooked, add the shimeji and chives and mix. Serve next.
