- Rice2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Diced Bacon100 g
- Diced pepperoni150 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Diced green bell pepper1 cup
- Diced Red Bell Pepper1 cup
- Minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Chili Pepper1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika3 teaspoon
- Diced Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Hot water4 cup
- Chives to taste
- Shimeji mushroom optional200 g
- Melt the butter in the pan and fry the bacon and pepperoni.
- Add the onion and sauté until wilted.
- Add the green and red peppers and garlic and sauté well.
- Add the red pepper and paprika and mix well.
- Add the tomato and mix.
- Add the rice and salt to taste and mix everything very well.
- Add the water and cook over medium heat, with the lid half open, until the water dries up.
- Optional: In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the shimeji for 3, 4 minutes, add salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, mix well.
- After the rice is cooked, add the shimeji and chives and mix. Serve next.
