- Water2 cup
- Put the oil in the pan and add the meat and garlic and let it sauté when it starts to fry, drip water until the meat is golden.
- Done that add the rest of the water and let it cook until the water dries up.
- After the water dries, add the onion and mix well, cover and let the onion soften.
