- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion and Garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Couscous to taste
- Wash the sausages well and cut into slices and set aside.
- In a pan, put the oil, the chopped garlic and onion, take it to the fire to sauté.
- Add the tomato sauce, the chicken broth, salt and finally the sausages in slices.
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and serve with couscous.
