- Potatoes400 g
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- As the sausage I chose is those thin ones, I rolled it up in a spiral way and stuck it with a toothpick so it wouldn’t come loose…
- Roughly chop the potatoes, peel and all
- Place the sausage in the refractory and around the potatoes, sprinkle spicy paprika over the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil
- Take it to the preheated oven at 200° For 15 minutes, after that time, remove aluminum foil and leave it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
