- Sausage1 kg
- Pumpkin800 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Water500 ml
- In a pan add the oil, garlic, and the onion let it fry.
- Then put the sausage
- Add the seasonings, let it cook for a while, then add water to cover.
- Leave it on the fire for 25 min then add the pumpkin and let it cook until it is soft turn off the fire
- Add cilantro to taste and serve.
