Sausage with potato in the oven

1- Descasque e corte as batatas em 4 partes, no sentido do cumprimento.

2- Em uma tigela, tempere as batatas o alecrim, orégano, com azeite, sal, salsinha e cebolinha e a gosto.

3- Misture tudo muito bem, cubra e deixe descansar por 15 minutos.

4- Acomode as linguiças e as batatas numa assadeira ou pirex untado com azeite, intercalando-as lado a lado.

5- Salpique o baco por cima de tudo.

6- Em seguida leve para assar no forno preaquecido, 180ºC, por aproximadamente de 40 minutos ou até dourar.

2- In a bowl, season the potatoes, rosemary, oregano, with olive oil, salt, parsley and chives and to taste.

3- Mix everything very well, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

4- Place the sausages and potatoes in a roasting pan or Pyrex dish greased with olive oil, alternating them side by side.

5- Sprinkle the bacon over everything.

6- Then take it to bake in the preheated oven, 180ºC, for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
