Em uma panela grande, coloque o óleo, á cebola e o alho, até dourar, acrescente o Colorau,  em seguida jogue as salsichas, que já estão aferventadas e as cenouras, deixe por alguns minutos para apurar e desligue, está pronto o seu prato. Bem rápido e saboroso.
