Sausage stuffed with vinaigrette

Primeiro em uma assadeira, corta as linguiças ao meio mas sem chegar no final. 

First on a baking sheet, cut the sausages in half but not reaching the end.

Em uma tábua ou em um processador você pica os tomates e cebolas e acrescenta o cheiro verde e o azeite. Tudo isso depois de picado coloca em uma
vasilha. Eu coloquei um pouquinho de tempero vinagrete também.

On a cutting board or in a food processor you chop the tomatoes and onions and add the parsley and olive oil. All this, after being chopped, put it in a
bowl. I put a little vinaigrette seasoning too.

Só rechear às linguiças com o vinagrete.

Just stuff the sausages with the vinaigrette.

Tempo de forno varia muito, no meu ficou quase uma hora em temperatura média para alta.

Oven time varies a lot, in mine it was almost an hour on medium to high temperature.
