  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chives2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. First on a baking sheet, cut the sausages in half but not reaching the end.
  2. On a cutting board or in a food processor you chop the tomatoes and onions and add the parsley and olive oil. All this, after being chopped, put it in a bowl. I put a little vinaigrette seasoning too.
  3. Just stuff the sausages with the vinaigrette.
  4. Place in preheated oven.
  5. Oven time varies a lot, in mine it was almost an hour on medium to high temperature.
  6. I made a white rice to complement.
