- For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the rice, stir well, season with salt, cover with water, cover the pan and cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the grain is soft.
- For the sausage steak - remove the sausage from the skin and place it in a bowl, add the green smell and black pepper and knead well until smooth - shape the sausage steaks and fry in a frying pan or plate greased with oil until golden two sides. Remove the steaks and grease the skillet again and pass the onion with the peppers and serve on top.
- For the potato chips - peel the potatoes and pass them on a fine grater or mandolin, wash well until all the starch is removed, dry with a paper towel or cloth and fry by immersion little by little until it becomes crispy, remove and let the oil dry over a colander or paper towel. Season with salt and serve.
- For the beans - heat the pressure cooker with 2 tablespoons of oil and saute 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the beans, season with salt, cover with water, close the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes, open the pan and let the broth clear.
