  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Rice1 cup
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Cheese to taste
  • Water3 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop the tomato, onion, green smell and set aside
  2. Chop the sausages and fry them over high heat and do not stir so as not to release water.
  3. When browned on the bottom, stir to brown the other side.
  4. Add tomato and onion and saute
  5. After that add the rice and salt and mix.
  6. Let the rice cook and add the water.
  7. After that, squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
  8. Cover the pan leaving a small gap open.
  9. After the water comes to a boil, lower the heat.
  10. Let it cook until the water is almost dry.
  11. Add the cheese on top, let all the water dry and turn off the heat.
  12. Leave the pan covered for the cheese to melt for 5 minutes.
  13. Finish with green smell
