- Rump1 kg
- Milk butter3 tablespoon
- Minced garlic3 to taste
- Parrilla salt to taste
- Melt the butter and add the minced garlic
- On the barbecue place the rump steaks, brush the butter with garlic on the steak, wait 5 minutes or until it starts to release blood on the top, then turn the steak and brush more butter with garlic and wait another 5 minutes
- After reaching the point of your preference, remove the steak and add the parrilla salt to taste.
