- Rump bonbon500 g
- Catupiry250 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Gorgonzola cheese to taste
- cherry tomato to taste
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Seasonings to taste
- Prepare the meat in a skillet with seasoning as you prefer and set aside;
- In a pan, melt the margarine and then add the corn starch and stir until golden;
- Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly and as soon as the broth thickens, add the cheeses and seasonings to taste until it becomes very creamy;
- On a platter, line the bottom with the meat, chop the cherry tomato and cover everything with the cheese sauce so that the meat and tomato are hidden;
- Optional: add cheese on top and bake in the oven to brown.
