Rump Bonbon with Cheese Sauce

  • Rump bonbon500 g
  • Catupiry250 g
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese to taste
  • cherry tomato to taste
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Milk500 ml
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Prepare the meat in a skillet with seasoning as you prefer and set aside;
  2. In a pan, melt the margarine and then add the corn starch and stir until golden;
  3. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly and as soon as the broth thickens, add the cheeses and seasonings to taste until it becomes very creamy;
  4. On a platter, line the bottom with the meat, chop the cherry tomato and cover everything with the cheese sauce so that the meat and tomato are hidden;
  5. Optional: add cheese on top and bake in the oven to brown.
