- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce200 g
- Season the steaks on the sides with salt and pepper, stuff them with the bacon and vegetables, close the meal. Two toothpicks help.
- In a pan with a thick bottom, brown the steaks on all sides, then add the tomato sauce and a glass of water, cover the pan, let the sauce reduce and the meat to cook before serving.
