- I started by peeling the carrot and chopping it into strips. I cut the pepperoni and set aside.
- Now I took the steaks and put the pepperoni and carrots and rolled the steaks. And I closed it with toothpicks
- Then in a pan put the garlic and onion and let it fry with a little oil.
- Then I added the rolled steak and let it fry a little. I added salt, oregano and black pepper. I added the beef broth. and mixed well
- Now I added the water and took it under pressure for 10 minutes. Then I opened the pan and put the parsley on top and serve.
