  • Large carrot cut into sticks1 unit(s)
  • Leek80 g
  • Smoked pepperoni sausage cut into sticks1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • Toothpicks to secure the steaks16 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Leek1 unit(s)
  • Carrots, cut into large cubes1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Red onion, cut into large cubes1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • boiling water300 ml
  1. Season the steaks one by one with salt, pepper and garlic. Then place 1 carrot stick, 1 sausage stick and the equivalent of 1 stick of leek on each steak. Rest on the cutting board and roll each steak, wrapping the ingredients. Close with a toothpick.
  2. Grill each of the steaks on an iron grill or skillet. This adds color and helps to enhance the flavor.
  3. In a pressure cooker put oil and the ingredients that will form the sauce of the recipe. Put a pinch of salt.
  4. Arrange the steaks on this sauté and close the pan. Add the boiling water, close the pan and count 5 minutes after getting pressure. Disconnect. Accompanied by rice and a salad, a complete meal is ready in no time!
