  • Pork belly with leather1 unit(s)
  • Colorau1 tablespoon
  • Squeezed lemon3 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon to serve2 unit(s)
  1. Season the pork belly with salt, crushed garlic, paprika, black pepper, lemon.
  2. Roll up and tie tightly with string (4 to 5 knots).
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the string and cut into 2-inch slices.
  6. Fry in hot oil or lard until golden.
  7. Serve with lemon.
