- Lemon to serve2 unit(s)
- Season the pork belly with salt, crushed garlic, paprika, black pepper, lemon.
- Roll up and tie tightly with string (4 to 5 knots).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2 hours.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 40 minutes.
- Remove the string and cut into 2-inch slices.
- Fry in hot oil or lard until golden.
- Serve with lemon.
