Prime Steaks4 unit(s)
Carrots, cut into strips1 unit(s)
Pepper cut into strips1 unit(s)
Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
Minced garlic1 tablespoon
Oregano to taste
Papicra to taste
Salt to taste

Season the meat with the garlic, onion and other seasonings to taste.
Reserve in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Open the steaks, put strips of carrots and peppers, roll up and close with toothpicks.
Preheat the AIRFRYER for 3 minutes at 200°C.
Place the rolls in the AIRFRYER and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Flip the rolls and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve while still hot!
