  • Clean piglet7 kg
  1. Make a brine with water and salt.
  2. Add the herbs, pepper and garlic.
  3. Place the piglet in the brine for 2h30.
  4. Remove the piglet from the brine, pat dry with paper towels and bake in an oven at 180 degrees until soft, golden and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
