- Green Spice50 g
- Carrots, cut into 1cm strips150 g
- Salt20 g
- Ground black pepper10 g
- String to tie1 unit(s)

- Cut the fillet with a knife to open it, leaving it wider and even thicker, season both sides with salt and black pepper, place the onion, chives, carrot and green seasoning on top and roll so that the stuffing is tightly packed.
- Tie with a string and bake in a rectangular shape for 30 minutes.
- For the potatoes, cut each potato into 4 parts, season with salt and pepper and put it in the oven along with the stuffed fillet.
