  • 1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Water500 ml
  • Salt3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Potatoes5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Carrots4 unit(s)
  1. Preparation mode In the blender, beat the liquids with the onion, garlic and salt. Then transfer to a plastic bag with the loin perforated and leave to marinate overnight.
  2. The next day, season the potatoes with the carrots with salt, olive oil and seasonings to taste. Bake in the oven at 180° to 200° degrees, basting with the marinade sauce. Until completely baked.
