- In a roast, put the coarse salt and forre well, put the picanha on top. Sprinkle more salt over the meat.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200°C
- For the sauce, in a pan, sauté the onion with olive oil and mix the mustard.
- After the meat is ready, remove the excess coarse salt and pour the sauce on top.
