  • Piece of picanha1 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Mustard4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  1. In a roast, put the coarse salt and forre well, put the picanha on top. Sprinkle more salt over the meat.
  2. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200°C
  3. For the sauce, in a pan, sauté the onion with olive oil and mix the mustard.
  4. After the meat is ready, remove the excess coarse salt and pour the sauce on top.
