- Whole pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Bacon200 g
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Crushed Garlic to taste
- Bay leaves to taste
- Dry spices of your choice to taste
- Onions to taste
- Stuff the meat with the pepperoni sausage and bacon in small pieces. Season the day before with crushed garlic, salt, vinegar, lemon, bay leaves and dry seasonings of your choice. Put a drizzle of oil in a large, very hot pan, brown the meat on all sides, then drip water and roast the meat in the drip and fry system, that is, drip water little by little, letting it dry and dripping a little more. After an hour and a half, do not let the water dry completely and add the sliced onions, thus making a sauce. Leave another half hour. You can leave the onions whole or blend the sauce in a blender and serve separately. Serve with farofa potato and rice
