- Medium green bell pepper, cut into thin slices3 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced3 unit(s)
- Red bell pepper, thinly sliced3 unit(s)
- Lemon juice4 unit(s)
- Garlic, peeled and chopped1 unit(s)
- Full seasoning ami flavor without pepper2 tablespoon
- Medium onion, thinly sliced3 unit(s)
- Season the ham overnight. Pierce the whole ham, put it in a big shape, in a container put the lemon juice, the garlic and the ami flavor mix everything and put it in the holes and pass it all over the ham, wrap it and put it in the fridge for 6 to 10 hours to get it well the seasoning.
- After being in the fridge overnight, put it to bake in the oven with aluminum foil, always looking, when the liquid with the seasoning starts to look like it's drying and it's almost burning, (don't let it turn black ) put a glass of 200 ml of water, and repeat this process until cooked, turning the ham and throwing this liquid that releases and is in the mold on top of the ham, and when it is roasted, cut slivers of the ham and add the onion and the colored peppers and remove the aluminum foil, drizzle with this liquid that remains in the peppers and the slices of shank, until the peppers and onions wither and it is ready to serve, with bread or rice with raisins etc....
