  • Roasted Garlic Cloves10 unit(s)
  • unsalted butter100 g
  • Coarse salt100 g
  • Cellophane for baking1 unit(s)
  1. First, cut the meat into three equal-sized pieces, making holes with a small knife all over the meat.
  2. Crush the garlic cloves leaving crushed
  3. Melt the butter and add the garlic to the meat, add the salt.
  4. Wrap in cellophane and bake for approximately 1 ½ hours.
  5. Carefully open the cellophane, removing the meat and reserving the broth.
  6. Let the meat roast for another 20 minutes or until golden, adding the meat broth from time to time or finish by cutting the slices and browning them in an iron pan, basting with the broth.
