- Seasonings to taste
- Start by seasoning the chicken (I use garlic, salt, onion, black pepper, paprika and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise)
- Add the potato to this seasoning and set aside
- Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 1 hour covered with aluminum foil)
- After 1 hour remove the aluminum foil, if you have added a lot of water you can remove a little, take it to the oven again to brown (about 30 minutes)
- Remove from oven and serve
