- Barbecue rib rib2 kg
- Coarse salt2 kg

- Bread paper2 unit(s)
- On a platter, make a bed of coarse salt, place the rib and cover, leave it in the fridge overnight, it's even better, if not for about 5 hours it's fine.
- Take the bag of French bread the size that fits the rib, grease it with oil, pass it all over the bag inside well smeared
- Remove the salt from the rib just by beating and put it inside the greased bread bag
- Close and place the other bag upside down, closing the bag with oil. This second one doesn't need to be oiled
- Bake in the oven for 2 hours
- When you see that the meat is soft, open the bag to brown it and that's it.
- The rib is delicious, tasty, moist and super loose
