  • Whole loin1 kg
  • Orange1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Water2 cup
  • Salt2 tablespoon
  • Paprika1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Honey1/2 cup
  • Thickly Sliced Potatoes2 unit(s)
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  1. In a blender, beat the orange juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, water, salt, paprika and black pepper very well.
  2. Make holes in the loin to penetrate the seasoning and place inside a plastic food bag. Put the marinade and leave overnight.
  3. Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan and drizzle with half of the marinade.
  4. Brush with honey and place the potatoes and carrot seasoned with salt, black pepper and paprika.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C° for approximately 2 hours, or until golden brown.
