- Beef shovel or chuck2 kg
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Mixed seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Oregano2 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)

- Water300 ml
- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- tomato paste3 tablespoon
- Season the meat with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and oregano and marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a pan heat the oil with the sugar, when the sugar melts throw the meat.
- Turn the meat as soon as it browns. Add water whenever the sauce is drying.
- When it is well golden, put 300 ml of water to cook. Let it cook for 30 minutes
- Remove from heat and slice the meat.
- In a pan, add the onion, pepper, tomato and tomato paste and make a sauce with beef broth.
- Add the sliced meat and let the sauce thicken for 20 minutes. Serve immediately!
