Beef shovel or chuck2 kg

Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil4 tablespoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Mixed seasoning1 dessert spoon
Oregano2 dessert spoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)
Green Smell2 unit(s)
Water300 ml
Beef broth2 unit(s)
tomato paste3 tablespoon

Season the meat with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and oregano and marinate for 20 minutes.
In a pan heat the oil with the sugar, when the sugar melts throw the meat.
Turn the meat as soon as it browns. Add water whenever the sauce is drying.
When it is well golden, put 300 ml of water to cook. Let it cook for 30 minutes
Remove from heat and slice the meat.
In a pan, add the onion, pepper, tomato and tomato paste and make a sauce with beef broth.
Add the sliced meat and let the sauce thicken for 20 minutes. Serve immediately!
