Roast ham with potatoes

Tempere e deixe marinando de um dia pro outro. Pré aqueça o forno, cubra com papel Alumínio e coloque pra assar em forno baixo por 1 hora.


Season and leave to marinate overnight. Preheat the oven, cover with aluminum foil and place in a low oven for 1 hour.


Enquanto isso pegue umas batatas e de uma pré-cozida nela com um pouco de sal até ficar al dente. 
Escorra a batata tempere com mais um pouco de sal, alecrim, chimichurri e azeite. Misture e jogue na forma. 
Retire o papel aluminio e coloque no fogo medio (200°) por uns 20 minutos.
Depois é só ligar o grilll e deixar por 10 minutos de cada lado.
Sirva com arroz e uma salada de folhas
