  • Lemon4 unit(s)
  • Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Garlic6 unit(s)
  • Beef Kinnor5 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • Water1 l
  1. In a blender with the water, beat the olive oil, garlic, onion, lemon juice, kinnor, salt, parsley and chives.
  2. In a container place the ham and make holes in it all with the tip of the knife so that the seasoning absorbs well.
  3. Cover the container tightly and leave it in the fridge. Marinate overnight.
  4. The next day, transfer the ham to a mold and pour the broth on top, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
  5. Remove the aluminum foil and leave for about 30 hours. Until it's flushed.
