- In a blender with the water, beat the olive oil, garlic, onion, lemon juice, kinnor, salt, parsley and chives.
- In a container place the ham and make holes in it all with the tip of the knife so that the seasoning absorbs well.
- Cover the container tightly and leave it in the fridge. Marinate overnight.
- The next day, transfer the ham to a mold and pour the broth on top, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the aluminum foil and leave for about 30 hours. Until it's flushed.
