- Beef chuck (half a kilo)500 kg
- Onion (small)1 unit(s)
- Red bell pepper (small)1 unit(s)
- Sachet of Madeira Sauce (Ready)1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Colorau1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic (2 cloves)2 to taste
- Water for cooking500 ml
- Cut the meat into small pieces and set aside. In the pressure cooker, add the oil, garlic, onion and pepper, sauté for 3 minutes, then add the meat, leave and fry until it starts to brown, also add salt, black pepper and paprika, stir well. Add to the water + or- 300 ml, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, open the pan again and stir and see if the meat is tender. If it is not, add the rest of the water and cook for another 15 minutes..... After that time open the pan again the meat will be soft, with the low fire add the sachet of wood sauce and cook for another 5 minutes put it in a serving platter and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
