Diced beef1 kg
Onion1 unit(s)
Bacon400 g
Oil1 tablespoon
Meat tablet1 unit(s)
Water6 cup
Potato3 unit(s)
Pepperoni1 unit(s)
Bay Leaf Black Pepper2 to taste
Champignon100 g

In a pan put the oil, onion and bacon and let it get very golden add the pepperoni.
After the onion and bacon are well browned, set aside.
Put the oil that was left in the pan, put the meat and let it fry a little, then stir and let it fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the onion and bacon that were reserved, the black pepper, the water, the beef broth and stir until the tablet dissolves.
Then put the bay leaves, the potato and let it cook for 35 minutes, and stir sometimes so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Add the champignons and let it cook for another 5 minutes and it's ready.
Serve with rice and farofa.
