- Black beans1 kg
- Smoked pepperoni200 g
- Diced Bacon150 g
- Smoked pork ribs300 g
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Wash the beans and soak overnight.
- Cut the sausage into slices and the rib into smaller pieces.
- Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and brown the onion with the meat.
- Add the beans to the bay leaves and add hot water until two fingers are above the beans - close the pan and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Open the pan and let the broth clear.
- Serve warm accompanied by white rice and banana farofa.
