  • Black beans1 kg
  • Smoked pepperoni200 g
  • Diced Bacon150 g
  • Smoked pork ribs300 g
  • Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf2 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  1. Wash the beans and soak overnight.
  2. Cut the sausage into slices and the rib into smaller pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and brown the onion with the meat.
  4. Add the beans to the bay leaves and add hot water until two fingers are above the beans - close the pan and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
  5. Open the pan and let the broth clear.
  6. Serve warm accompanied by white rice and banana farofa.
