- Green smell to taste
- Put 1 tsp of oil in a very hot pan, add half the onion, and sauté. Then add the suã and let it fry well. Put the salt. Add water and let it dry until it is well cooked.
- Separate the suã in the corner of the pan, and add the garlic, let it fry, add the rice and mix everything. Add water to cover, and let it cook.
- Finish with green smell (optional)
