- Pea1 can(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and in a pan add oil and fry the garlic when it is golden brown add the rice the grated carrots the corn and peas stir well add salt to taste
- Add the boiled water, stir well and when it is almost dry, lower the fire and cover the pan finish cooking and after that turn off the fire and it is ready to serve in the pan or if you prefer add the rice in a glass pyrex....
