- Pepperoni250 g
- Curd cheese to taste
- Parsley and chives to taste

- Garlic to taste
- White rice2 cup
- Cut the bacon into cubes Cut the pepperoni into half moons Cut the cheese into cubes Chop the parsley and chives Cut the onion into brunnoise Cut the minced garlic
- Fry the bacon in the pan and let it release all its fat, add the pepperoni and let it form a little background, add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
- Then add the rice and cook covered, correct the salt, add the parsley and the curd cheese and serve!
