Rice1 cup
Ham sausage200 g
Desalted dried meat300 g
Pumpkin cubed1 cup
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Olive oil to taste
Butter1 dessert spoon
Green Smell to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Hot water2 cup

In a hot skillet with a drizzle of oil and butter, brown the sausage cut into cubes.
Add the desalted and minced dried meat
Add onion and garlic and brown
Sauté the rice together with the meats, add the water, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the pumpkin
Cover the pot when the water is almost dry. Once ready, wait 5 minutes and stir. Finish with green smell
If you like, serve with a soft yolk fried egg.
