Ingredients
- Rice | 1 cup
- Ham sausage | 200 g
- Desalted dried meat | 300 g
- Pumpkin cubed | 1 cup
- Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil | to taste
- Butter | 1 dessert spoon
- Green Smell | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
- Hot water | 2 cup
Recipe
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of oil and butter, brown the sausage cut into cubes.
- Add the desalted and minced dried meat
- Add onion and garlic and brown
- Sauté the rice together with the meats, add the water, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the pumpkin
- Cover the pot when the water is almost dry. Once ready, wait 5 minutes and stir. Finish with green smell
- If you like, serve with a soft yolk fried egg.
