- Large carrot1 unit(s)
- English Potato4 unit(s)
- Okra10 unit(s)
- Soybean oil3 tablespoon
- Tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, chives and cilantro to taste
- Black pepper, paprika and cumin to taste
- Salt to taste
- Place the ribs in a pressure cooker and season with salt, paprika, cumin and black pepper. Shake the pan for the seasonings to mix.
- Add the chopped vegetables and bring to the fire to sauté, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- When everything is well refougadinho, put two cups of water, cover the pressure cooker and take it to the fire to cook for 25 minutes.
- Turn off the fire remove all pressure open the pan and add the potatoes cut in half and the carrot in slices take it to the fire to cook in pressure again for 10 minutes turn off the fire and lastly add the okra let it cook without pressure for another 3 minutes turn it off the fire and serve.
